Stress Management Through Breathing
Sample the transformational power of the consciously directed breath. Learn to resolve stress and increase your energy, joy and balance.

Stress Management Through Tibetan Yoga
Learn 5 simple stretches which activate and balance the 12 meridians of the body. Combine with walking to form a complete system of physically balanced exercises which promote a feeling of well-being and increase the energy level.

Reiki I and II Training
Receive four attunements, learn the placement of hands on self and others, do energy-sensing exercises and hands-on practice. Handbook and Certificate are provided. These classes can be taken individually or combined.

Reiki MasterTraining
Learn to teach Reiki I & II. Receive an initiation.Learn the complete Usui/Tibetan symbols and how to give attunements on all levels, and the values and orientation of a Reiki Master. Manual and certificate included. Pre-requisite: Reiki I & II.

Chakra Yoga
Explore the chakras through yoga, movement, colors, journaling and guided visualization. Workbook and Certificate included.

Yoga, Philosophy, and the Chakra System
For any yoga students interested in deeper awareness of the yoga philosophy,
Yamas and Niyamas, the chakra system, meditation and yoga asanas. 

Partner Yoga
Bring your spouse, partner, friend or come solo. Develop trust and sensitivity to each other and have fun! Learn a sequence of doubles yoga poses.

Create a Home Yoga Practice
Learn how to set up a yoga space, use yoga props, motivate yourself to set aside time, receive a resource list and learn short routines as a starting point for a home practice. 1 hour yoga.

Posture Clinic
Yoga teachers and serious students receive in-depth instruction on asanas and assists. Learn to safely guide yourself and/or students through some basic and challenging poses. Deepen your insight into prana and underlying yoga philosophy.
